Salicornia (glasswort) is an edible plant and is also called sea asparagus. It is considered a valuable wild vegetable with a savory taste and slightly spicy flavor. However, the plant must be harvested young, by hand, in May. As the roots of glasswort draw directly from the seawater, the plant contains all the nutrients and minerals of this environment.

Ingredients:

glasswort 63%, extra virgin olive oil 36%, garlic, chili pepper, oregano, mint, salt, wine vinegar. Acidity corrector: citric acid. Antioxidant: ascorbic acid.
