Tasting notes: Intense ruby red colour, it has scents reminiscent of the autumn scents and atmosphere of the Gargano: cherries in spirit, red flowers, rhubarb and mint. In the background, notes of bitter cocoa. A vigorous wine, with a persistent, intense and enveloping aromaticity. The tannins give character to every sip.
