By combining our Gigante Vercelli rice – Slow Food Presidium with high-quality products, we have created a line of risotto preparations. As for the Ideariso rice, we have chosen our packaging in aluminized cardboard tube and controlled atmosphere for the preparations, to ensure unique freshness and quality.
Finally, the characteristic that most distinguishes our risotto preparations is the cooking time: in 12-14 minutes you will get three / four portions of creamy and top-quality risotto.
