The seasoned speck cut into strips is combined with one of the princes of Veneto's agricultural production, red radicchio, all wrapped in a soft, salty béchamel sauce.

Tips for use: sauce with a tasty and delicate flavor, with slight bitter vegetable notes combined with the characteristic hint of speck spices. Much appreciated also by children, this preparation is ideal for seasoning pasta, spreading on crostini, or as an ingredient for lasagne.

Ingredients: Italian cream, fresh onion, pre-cooked radicchio 33%, seasoned bacon 18% (pork, salt, dextrose, spices), fresh milk, Italian EVO oil, butter, sea salt, maize starch, spices, aromas.
