Primitivo means Apulia, because it represents it in all aspects. By combining the old traditions of this noble vine with highly advanced technology, Masseria del Forno has focused on this wine, thanks to the results obtained before. Primitivo is one of the best Italian products both in Italy and in the rest of the world. Its taste captures both the most experienced palates and the occasional drinkers, making it one of the most commonly drunk wines.
First courses in red sauces, such as Orecchiette with tomato sauce. Ideal with large textured meats, game, and hard cheeses, such as the typical caciocavallo podolico of the Gargano peninsula.
