An appetising dish that combines the sausage of Alpe Magna production with fine porcini mushrooms, all flavoured with red wine from Trentino. Mountain flavours to be enjoyed with egg pasta.
Tips for use: porcini and sausage sauce is ideal for dressing pasta or on toast. It can also be served as finger food. Heat with a little olive oil or cooking water.
