Pickels of the Alta Valle Arroscia 750g

After harvesting them from the gardens of Gazzo d'Arroscia, we add water, Pigato wine, extra virgin olive oil, wine vinegar, cane sugar, and salt to offer you a simple and tasty product.

Thanks to gentle cooking they remain crispy and perfect for an aperitif with cold cuts or to enrich a traditional rice salad.

An unusual but very interesting combination is with sweet mustard and pastrami.

Ingredients: cucumbers, water, Pigato wine, extra virgin olive oil, wine vinegar, cane sugar, salt.
