The soup is made with an indigenous Bio Molisano bean called "Piattelle" with a delicate flavour and aroma and an extremely thin and digestible 'skin'; it is seasoned and potted raw using the "vasocottura" technique, which allows all the organoleptic properties of the products it is made of to be preserved.
Cooked beans are excellent as a single dish or as a condiment for pasta, left whole or mashed to make a velvety sauce. The addition of a drizzle of raw olive oil enhances the flavor.

Preparation tip
In the pot: place the pot in a bain-marie and heat for 2-3 minutes. Add a little water if desired to dilute it. Or remove the cap and pour the contents into the pot. Heat over low heat for a few minutes, adding a little water to dilute.
In the microwave: remove the cap and heat the product at maximum power for 2 minutes, excluding the grill function; then place it on a plate and enjoy.
