Vegan aubergine mayonnaise. Made from vegetables of the highest quality.
The vegan mayonnaise is created by hand processing seasonal vegetables in the farm's own laboratory. It is 100% vegetable, prepared with only four ingredients.
Ingredients:
- aubergines;
- extra virgin olive oil;
- lemon juice;
- whole sea salt.
Free of preservatives and coloring agents. Without eggs, milk, and added sugar.
Pairings
Ideal for accompanying cheese, stuffing sandwiches, seasoning pasta, and eating meat and fish differently.
Once the jar has been opened, the product can be kept in the refrigerator at +5 °C for up to 1-2 weeks. It is recommended to add a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil on the surface to ensure shelf life.
Growing vegetables
Casa Iuorio's vegetables are the result of sustainable agriculture, with a zero-meter chain. They are grown in the open field and without the use of chemicals, on their land in Palomonte (SA). Harvesting is done by hand, without the use of mechanical means.
Processing
After the harvest, Casa Iuorio farm takes care of the processing, in the workshop next to the fields.
The vegetables are selected by choosing only those that are ripe at the right point, washed under running water, and then prepared by the expert hands of suitably trained local women. Immediately after the harvest. The jars are also prepared by hand, right up to the labeling.
