Nettles & Bacon Sauce

The tart tone of the distinct green nettle combines with the sweetness of chopped smoked bacon in a savoury béchamel sauce to create a fresh, aromatic flavour combination.

Tips for use: ideal combined with the first course with short or wrinkled pasta, it finds perfect use also as an ingredient in savoury pies or served warm on toasted bread. Warm with little EVO oil or cooking water.
