Natural wellbeing: Horsetail, due to its high silica and mineral content, is used for its diuretic and mineralising properties; it also promotes bone growth, dentition, and nail and hair growth.

Ideal to accompany: soups, legumes, cereals.

Indications for use: Preparing an infusion is very simple, just steep 1 gram of dried leaves per 150 ml of water for 5 to 7 minutes. You will obtain a mild-tasting drink.

Three cups of herbal tea a day are recommended to best absorb its properties.
