Natural well-being: the plant known since antiquity to the Greeks and Egyptians, represents the 'ombelliferae' family, in which the air element predominates. Looking at the leaves of fennel, they appear to be 'created from the air and for the air' (Goethe), which is why you will find fennel leaves and not seeds in our infusion; as a medicinal plant, fennel resembles cumin and aniseed. Fennel eliminates aerophagia, is slightly laxative, and diuretic, and cleanses the entire digestive tract; thanks to the presence of silica, it acts on the sensory sphere by alleviating eye inflammation through compresses.
Ideal to accompany: all dishes, and also excellent served cold.
Indications for use: Preparing an infusion is very simple, just steep 1 gram of dried leaves per 150 ml of water for 5 to 7 minutes. You will obtain a mild-tasting drink.
Three cups of herbal tea a day are recommended to best absorb its properties.
