The emblem of this product is the strange but intriguing relationship between the Chardonnay international character and the Apulian strong traditionalist disposition.
It goes very well with white fish dishes, such as starters and main courses. Ideal with fried and grilled fish. It is also a very good companion of meat courses in white sauces.
