The birth of this product represented for them the challenge of producing a high quality wine with grapes up to now little known in the territory. The emblem of this product is the strange but intriguing relationship between the Chardonnay international character and the Apulian strong traditionalist disposition.

It goes very well with white fish dishes, such as starters and main courses. Ideal with fried and grilled fish. It is also a very good companion of meat courses in white sauces.
