Antonius Caviar Albino

Albino caviar is hybride of 2 kind of sturgeon - beluga and sterlet x( Huso Huso + Acipenser ruthenus).
Unlike other albino caviar on the market which are produced only from sterlet sturgeon
Smaller than Siberian and Russian sturgeon, its weight ranges from 1.5 to 3 kg.
The production capacity is only 5-6% of its weight.
Reaches maturity at the age of 7,8 years. Available in elegant tins: 30g and 50 g.
